Members will be able to access the digital version of the issue (No. 64.1) on the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/hopp.uwpress.org\/\">HoPP website<\/a><\/em> shortly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The issue contains four lead articles, four book reviews, and other features. One of the lead articles, entitled \u201cPicturing the Politics of Pharmaceutics:\u00a0 The Pharmacists, the Physicians, and the Unfinished Business of Prescribing-Dispensing Separation in Modern Japan, 1868-1937,\u201d by Isaac C.K. Tan, won the AIHP Glenn Sonnedecker Prize in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"154\" height=\"220\" src=\"https:\/\/sandbox2.foxtrotdev.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/HoPP-Cover.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7537\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sandbox2.foxtrotdev.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/HoPP-Cover.jpg 154w, https:\/\/sandbox2.foxtrotdev.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/HoPP-Cover-105x150.jpg 105w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 154px) 100vw, 154px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This issue is the first published under <em>HoPP\u2019s<\/em> new editorial structure. Going forward, editorial control of the journal will be held by three Editors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lucas Richert, AIHP\u2019s Historical Director and the George Urdang Chair in the History of Pharmacy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy;<\/li><li>Paula De Vos, Professor of History at San Diego State University; and<\/li><li>Tanja Pommerening, Director of the Institute of the History of Pharmacy at the University of Marburg, Germany.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>AIHP\u2019s Board of Directors approved this new editorial structure in 2021 upon the recommendation of Dr. Richert, who had previously served as the journal\u2019s Editor-in-Chief.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next issue of the <em>HoPP<\/em>, published semi-annually, is due in December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members who do not receive the latest issue of <em>HoPP<\/em> in the mail within the next two weeks should contact AIHP at <a href=\"mailto:aihp@sandbox2.foxtrotdev.com\">aihp@sandbox2.foxtrotdev.com<\/a> or 608-262-5378.
