AIHP members receive the annual calendar as a benefit of membership, and the calendar usually ships in November or December so that members will have the calendar in time for the start of the new year.<\/p>\n<p>Extra copies of the current year\u2019s calendar may be ordered for $6.00 ($4.00 for members). A small numbers of calendars from previous year may also be available for purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Order calendars using the\u00a0<strong>AIHP Publications Order Form<\/strong>. <em>(Currently inactive).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:aihp@sandbox2.foxtrotdev.com\"><strong>aihp@sandbox2.foxtrotdev.com<\/strong><\/a> to inquire about ordering calendars.
